Open Positions:
Member Services Manager
Golden Triangle Business Improvement District
The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID) stretches from the front yard of the White House to Dupont Circle. The Golden Triangle neighborhood is Washington, DC's central business district and an amazing convergence of people, power and commerce. You'll find more than 85,000 workers, 200 restaurants, 300 shops/services and 7 hotels in this vibrant area of downtown Washington.
The BID's programs and services include capital improvements, public art projects, marketing and events, member services, retail recruitment, homeless outreach and the Ambassador program.
Ambassador Program
The Golden Triangle BID contracts with Block by Block to provide the Ambassador program services. This program plays a key role in shaping the neighborhood’s identity as a safe, hospitable community where people can work, shop and dine.
Hospitality Ambassadors are responsible for providing directions to hundreds of thousands of people each year and offering other “WOW” services, like hailing cabs or offering an umbrella escort in the rain. Successful Hospitality Ambassadors are personable and energetic.
Cleaning Ambassadors keep our streets golden by sweeping curb cuts and emptying trash cans, and completing other special projects, like planting flowers in parks and painting light poles.
Golden Triangle Ambassadors commit to embodying the Gold Standard on the streets every day. For more information about the Gold Standard and Ambassador employment opportunities, click here.
