In 2011, the Golden Triangle conducted a comprehensive Retail Study and Strategy that researched, among other topics, the customer trade market demographic and psychographic data, existing retail performance and demand for retail growth. The strategy analyzed our three main market segments --the 86,000 employees, the 400,000+ residents and the 16.4 million visitors.
