Neighborhood Spotlight:
The Army and Navy Club on Farragut Square is hosting a Membership Open House

Join the Army Navy Club for a Membership Open House on March 11, 2015 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. There will be a membership overview, facility tours, and light hors d’oeuvres. The event is free of charge, but does require a reservation to attend. Reservations can be made by calling 202.355.0496. Coat and tie are required.

The Army and Navy Club, located near Farragut Square Park, is a members-only club that celebrates the customs of its rich military traditions while offering the facilities and amenities needed to satisfy the modern professional. Whether you’re looking for an elegant venue to entertain dinner guests or looking to host business meetings and conferences, their doors are open to you. Contrary to their name, you do not need to be in the military to join.

Event Spotlight:
History & Hops at the Brewmaster's Castle



Indulge your yearnings for local beer and history with the Heurich House Museum here in the Golden Triangle.
The Victorian mansion preserves the legacy of Christian Heurich — Washington, D.C.’s most successful brewer.

The museum partners with regional craft breweries to host a monthly program series titled, History & Hops.
Every third Thursday from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., you and a group of friends can enjoy beer tastings and a tour of the house.

Attend the next History and Hops on March 19, featuring District ChopHouse and Brewery.
Brewers will be on site to serve their Cherry Blossom Fest and two other brews.
