The Golden Triangle BID is maintaining a continuously evolving list of health and fitness clubs open during ReOpen DC. We will continue to update this page as we receive updates.

  • 1TO1 Fitness
    1TO1 Fitness is offering virtual personal training sessions – two session trial is $129. Click here to sign up.
  • 202strong
    The gym is offering online fitness classes for a drop-in of $10/class. Their full class schedule can be found at and drop in classes can be purchased directly here. Their 45 minute classes are group led by a highly trained coach, going through a warmup, strength portion, and StrongCircuit (15 minutes of a full body circuit). You don’t need any equipment, just items around your house! If you have weights, those can also be used. 202strong provides different modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and go through the form and teach every movement they do.   • Ambitious Athletics
    Ambitious Online is the exact program and coaching that they use at their gym in Washington DC, but online and entirely accessible on your schedule – that means access to their entire training library, current training program, exercise videos and tutorials, coaches notes, their private Facebook group, as well as all access to their coaches.   • Barry’s Bootcamp
    Instructors from across the country are leading a series of streaming Barry’s At-Home group classes including Bodyweight, Bands (with their Band Together Fit Kit), Weights, and a few traditional Barry’s Treadmill & Weights classes. Click here to buy a class and book in. Current class packs and memberships can be used for Barry’s At-Home classes as well. All Barry’s At-Home classes will expire in 30 days.
  • CorePower Yoga

  • Epic Yoga DC
    Check out the online class schedule on their website or the MindBody App. Drop-ins are $12, Virtual Studio Week Passes are $30, and they are on ClassPass as well. Epic Yoga is offering over 20 virtual classes a week including Power Flow, Barre/Yogalates, Meditation, and Honey Flow.     The studio is open for both online and in-person classes.
  • Row House West End
    This boutique rowing studio offers equipment free workouts daily at 5 p.m. EST via their Facebook page. Row House also offers daily live classes for patrons that do have access to a rower, and members have access to a special video library full of at-home workouts that do not require special equipment.
