As a part of the BID’s COVID-19 response and recovery efforts, we created a free technical assistance program to help support small businesses in our community. From spring through fall of 2020, the Small Business Online Program helped a variety of BID businesses launch or improve upon online sales and digital marketing.
The Golden Triangle BID collaborated with a marketing agency and a retail consultant to provide a series of webinars and direct technical assistance specifically tailored to the needs of each business. The recorded webinars are provided free to the public via the links below:

In total, 10 small businesses received more than 250 hours of custom support. Below are the 10 participating businesses and a summary of accomplishments made possible through this program. We are so proud to have been able to work with these local businesses that give so much life to our neighborhood.
