Washington (Oct. 13, 2016) – The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID) is pleased to announce the newly named officers and members to the 2017 Board of Directors. This year’s officers include:
The newly-elected and re-elected Board members are:
“The Golden Triangle BID plays an essential role in increasing the vitality of the central business district,” said Scott Mead, Golden Triangle BID board president, and vice president of property management at Lerner Corporation. “The BID is actively working on a number of key projects, including installing new public art on K Street and advancing a vision for transforming Pennsylvania Avenue west of the White House into a global corridor. These projects complement the massive private investment that continues in the BID, as more than five million square feet of office buildings are expected to be repositioned into trophy space over the next seven years.”
