Grab your mat and water bottle, and make TriFit your healthy happy hour! Join us in Farragut Square every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., for safe, fun, and free outdoor Yoga or Yoga Sculpt Bodyweight (Tuesdays with CorePower) and Pilates (Wednesdays) classes taught by certified fitness instructors.

To maintain health and safety guidelines, TriFit class sizes are limited. Registration and a signed waiver are required for each class. Walk-ups are permitted if space allows.

Classes are weather-dependent..

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Towel
  • Water Bottle
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes

Class Descriptions

Yoga Sculpt Bodyweight (YSB)

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine bodyweight exercises with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Corepower 1 (C1)

Unroll your mat for an invigorating full body flow. Explore the fundamental principles and postures of Vinyasa yoga. Enjoy a set series yoga class to work every muscle, linking breath to movement at a moderate intuitive pace.

Corepower 2 (C2)

Turn stress into sweat. This signature class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll power up your practice like never before.
